Terms of Sale & Warranty


By accepting delivery of any order, the Buyer will indemnify, defend, and hold ElevatorBraille.com, its parent company, and its affiliates harmless from any liability arising from the use of the product supplied. If the product supplied does not meet the Buyer's specification, the Buyer may return the product within 30 days of the receipt of the product. ElevatorBraille.com has the option to (1) repair the product, or (2) replace the product at no cost to the Buyer, or (3) refund the payment made by the Buyer for these products. ElevatorBraille.com is not liable for an the Buyer is not entitled to any direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, rework, manufacturing expense, injury to reputation, or loss of customers. Special order products are non-refundable.


All products are warranted by ElevatorBraille.com to be free of defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment. ElevatorBraille.com's liability shall be limited to replacement of the product, if it can be determined that the product was defective at the time of shipment. Defective products, subject to the inspection by ElevatorBraille.com, will be replaced or repaired at no additional charge. Damage caused by accidents or improper usage is the responsibility of the Buyer. ElevatorBraille.com is not responsible for misuse of products, nor if the Buyer is unable to use the product. The Buyer must determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and the user assumes all risks and liabilities in connection therewith. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.
