Return Policy

Our return policy is quite simple: you may return an item for any reason, except for special order items as described below.

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of your receipt of your order, as established by the time and date indicated by the delivery confirmation data for your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days without prior authorization.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Shipping and handling charges, including any postage due to receive a returned item, will not be refunded except in the event of a fulfillment error or in the event that an item is defective.

If you are returning the item because it is defective and you wish to receive a replacement, please let us know that when returning your item and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. We will not issue refunds for orders which are reported lost but indicated as delivered by the carrier. In the event that a parcel is not delivered after 14 calendar days, a replacement will be issued.

Special order and custom order items may only be returned in the event the item is defective. A replacement will be issued upon confirmation that the item is defective. No refunds will be issued for special order items.

Note that we take steps to identify the keys that we sell, including but not limited to serialization of keys and use of markings invisible to the naked eye. We will promptly notify law enforcement, including but not limited to the United States Postal Inspection Service, if we determine that a fraudulent return has been attempted or affected.
